Deadly Apartments
(small multi level map)
The Deadly Apartments is a simple map. It has 3 buildings to maneuver about in, the rooms are small and tight, which makes it a little difficult to get around at running speed. The rooms all have a back door to another room for quick escape. There is access from the roof tops for sniping across to the map, via ladders at the end of the building. The pool is a nice touch, but I never see any action there. The map is basically open, with one wall dividing the map in two sections. There is a chaufffeur standing guard over a car at the center of the map. He is a character for sure...just view him in spec mode ...you'll see what I mean.
Not a bad map, but it is just basic, with little eye candy to make you want to stop and take a few snaps with your buddies. Perhaps a moat, some trenches, or a tank stuck in the wall would have made this map a little more interesting.

PROS
- It is a simple map to get around in, and it's easy to find other players for quick combat.
- Some good sniping spots to be found.
- The number of rooms to shoot from gives you an advantage for sure.
CONS
- It is limited for sneaking up on other players, as everything is so open.

L A Prison
(medium sized map)
I like the overall feel of the map. "Cold"
The texture and cell layout of the mountain backdrop gives you an accurate feeling of an isolated prison.
La Prision is a long large building, with 6 levels. The layout is clean, maneuverablity is good as there are few if any obstacles to get caught on. Having played this map a number of times, it seems that the roof it the place to be, as the wide open area allows for good sniping and close combat situations. There are a few spots on the mountains that one can snipe from with out detection.
The moat is huge! Once down there, you get a real idea of the size of the prison. There is a ladder at one end to access the building, an underground canal at the other end allows access to the prison. Easy access to the roof and all levels in most of the rooms...if not in that room, then the next one.

PROS
-I liked the accessibilties to all levels on this map.
-The room layout was tidy and uncluttered.
-The graphics were nice as well.
CONS
-Hmm...I didn't much like the non access to the prison from the underground tunnel, thats if you just use the "use" button. However once you know to shoot the metal grates etc..yer laughing.
*note*: To reveal and access hidden passageways, shoot the the crates, grates, and metal floor covers.

Wolf Castle
(small multi level map)
Wolf Castle is a just that, a castle with a limited number of textures. I found it a little blah and confusing in so far as a clear way to the outside, but I managed. The room structure on the lower levels is laid out in a maze it seems. A noobie to the map, who has never played Return To Castle Wolfenstein from which this map was taken, I found it a little difficult to find the other players among the six different levels. Some great sniping spots can be found up high on the towers, while there is some good gunplay to be had in the lower court yards. The map is laid out clean....with no chairs or obstacles to get caught up on. The maps has limited sniping positions, but the ones that are there are great as they cover the doors to the courtyard. Overall I liked this map, once I was able to figure out the layout.

PROS
- liked the idea of playing in a castle, as it put a twist on the normal map playing experience.
CONS
- rooms on lower levels are confusing, and a clear way out would be a bonus
- maps texture was limited...but you can only do so much with brick I guess. *smile*
