Here is the ideal sniper map. Lots and lots of destroyed buildings, ledges, and roofs make this a great map if you like to sit back and let your prey come to you. Many levels and places to hide if the going gets tough. Definately recommended to anyone who likes the sniper game.

Alcatraz

This map is exactly what it says: Alcatraz. It takes place mainly inside the prison. You can go and hide on multiple levels of cellblocks or guard rooms. If you go down to the basement, you'll find three secret passages. The layout of this map makes it perfect for Search and Destroy and Behind Enemy Lines gametypes.

Nazi Fort 2
|
This is a medium sized arena-style map. The textures look good and true to the name, though the shadows tend to act a little strange. You may find yourself completely enveloped in shadow while standing directly out in the open. If the author was to fix this up, it would be a good map.

Remagen v1.1

Here is another MOH:AA map that's been brought over to CoD. There are loads of new buildings and objects. The same basic shape remains, though the textures are almost completely new. If you're going to import a map from another game, this is a great way to do it.
